Since the former Atlanta Falcons star quarterback Michael Vick was released from federal custody, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has not revealed his decision on whether to reinstate Vick, giving him the chance of put on titans jersey.
“The process is ongoing, and I hope to make a decision sometime in the near future,” Goodell said Tuesday, a day after Vick’s home confinement ended.
He did not what did he mean by saying “near future”. I guess it will not very near, because it seems that he even has not made any plan on when he will meet with Vick after he knew that Vick has completed his 23 months serving on a dogfighting conviction. He refused to tell any details after a news conference announcing singer Marc Anthony’s involvement with the NFL.
Goodell said he wants to see remorse and evidence of change from the player before he made any decision. Whatever, even though Goodell reinstates Vick, it will still remain uncertain which team is willing to give Vick a contract.
